Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc then please contact us via email at admin@streetworkoutworld.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Street Workout World Shop operates with third party fulfillment services. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such a case our fulfillment services will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Returns if a product is sent to the wrong address, broken or defective:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks (30 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks (30 days) after the estimated delivery date.

Please contact us by email at admin@streetworkoutworld.com prior to returning your product.

Returns for other reasons (sizing, colour etc):

Typically we only exchange items if they are defective or broken because because our clothing products are sent to a third party company to be printed ‘on demand’ as soon as you place your order. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that you check the size charts (which can be found in the product description of every product) before placing your order to ensure that you get the size you wanted.

If you live within the European Union then you do have a right of withdrawal/cooling off period whereby you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. In this case please contact us at admin@streetworkoutworld.com as soon as possible to let us know that you wish to return the product so that we can provide you with a specific return address. Again, this must be completed within 14 days of receiving the original order. Any returned products must be unworn/unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of shipping for any returns.
